SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS
We offer the following shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3-5 business days
2. Express Shipping: Delivery in 1-2 business days (when available)

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package.

Standard shipping is free (Italy only).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipments, delivery times can vary from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.
